Our commitment

Our editorial work is led by Trader Thbaza and Nicolette. We aim to provide accurate, useful information that is relevant to South Africans, with a clear distinction between facts, estimates and opinions.

Editorial decisions belong to the editorial team. Advertisers and affiliate partners must not buy higher ratings or control our conclusions.

How we prepare content

• Research: start with official platform pages, help centres, payout terms and published eligibility requirements.
• Write: explain requirements and limitations in plain language, with South African availability in mind.
• Fact-check: verify important claims against primary sources before publication, and distinguish reported experiences from confirmed facts.
• Review: check clarity, supporting evidence and completeness. Identify any qualified professional who actually reviews an article rather than implying all content receives professional financial review.
• Publish: identify authors and relevant reviewers, with publication and meaningful update dates on articles.

Sources before assumptions

Official platform information is our starting point. For topics involving tax or regulated financial products, our standard is to consult relevant official sources such as SARS, the FSCA and the NCR. Registration alone is not proof that an opportunity is safe or suitable.

Where information is unavailable or conflicting, we should explain the uncertainty instead of filling the gap with a confident claim.

Comparisons and community ratings

Our platform information considers requirements, reward clarity, payment access, withdrawal conditions, availability and user experience. Stars reflect the average of published community reviews. Our testing notes are separate; private drafts do not count.

A verified badge records a review and an earning estimate illustrates a possible range. Neither promises acceptance, available tasks or a particular result.

Updates and corrections

We aim to revisit content when platform terms, access or payment conditions change. Reader reports can help us identify outdated information. An update date should reflect an actual review or change.
